Breakfast Cookies – freezer friendly!

Sometimes you just don’t feel like making a grand breakfast (or even a simple one).  Make these and freeze them for those days 🙂  Also make a great snack.

Original recipe here:

  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup apple sauce
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

preheat oven to 350 degrees. bake for 15-20 minutes.

    I’m going to try this! This looks great and lately, Harrison will only eat what he can pick up with his fingers… so our usual oatmeal… not so good!

      Definitely would work w/o raisins Apryl!! That’s what I love about this type of recipe, you could really put anything you want in there….I tend to be partial to chocolate chips 🙂 You could also throw in some sunflower seeds or chopped apricot pieces or dates to add a little sweetness to the bite.
